Do you want to dissolve, exchange or cancel your purchase?
You can do so at any time within the 14-day term in accordance with the The Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).
RETURNS | CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
Returning or canceling your order (or part of) is always possible. Send an e-mail to info@massagewebshop.nl and state which product(s) you want to return. Always state your name and your order number. After the goods have been received by us in good order the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE: canceling your purchase is only possible if the products are undamaged, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
Textiles and customized products that have been removed from the packaging cannot be taken back for hygienic reasons, unless the item is defected.
The direct costs for the return shipment are for the account of the Customer. If these costs are higher than the regular postal rate, MassageWebshop will provide an estimate of these costs.
The following applies in all cases: Costs of damage or loss when returning the order are for the account of the customer.
EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER:
Do you want to exchange something? Send an e-mail to info@massagewebshop.nl and clearly state which product(s) it concerns. Always state your name and your order number. After we have received the product you want to exchange, we will send the new product to you within 1-3 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: when we send you another product, you will be charged the re-made shipping costs, after all, it concerns a new shipment. The standard shipping costs for parcel post in the Netherlands are € 7.50.
The following applies in all cases: costs of damage/loss are for the account of the customer.
